The seminar began with looking at the different methods of market entry before focussing on the roles of the Agent and the Distributor.  The speakers covered in detail common legal pitfalls and issues which companies and individuals often find themselves victims of.  The session involved examples of agreements which will be critiqued, which provided delegates with a real insight into the law governing Agency and Distribution Agreements.
