Daniel Head -  Director, Global Transfer Pricing Services
Daniel leads KPMG’s Transfer Pricing team in the North of England and the national Funding and Thin Capitalisation team. He also works closely with KPMG’s International Tax team providing advice to our international clients.  Daniel has a deep specialism in Funding and Thin Capitalisation; he is a member of HMRC’s Thin Cap Forum and represents the CBI at meetings with HMRC on Funding and Thin Capitalisation issues.

John Monds -  Manager, Global Transfer Pricing Services
John joined KPMG in 2003, In his eight years with the firm John has worked in Corporate Tax, Restructuring and also spent time working in the Wellington office of our New Zealand tax practice.  John joined KPMG’s transfer pricing group in 2010 and has assisted many clients in meeting their transfer pricing obligations and obtaining advance agreements with HMRC. John also works closely with other members of the International tax team to provide advice to companies regarding optimum tax structuring for overseas operations.

Andrew Stackhouse -  Senior Manager, Corporate Tax
Andrew is based at KPMG’s Preston office and has considerable experience of advising both family businesses and public companies on all aspects of tax ranging from compliance to effective structuring of existing and new ventures. Andrew is a member of both KPMG’s International tax team and Property and Construction tax group.  He is co-author of the Tolley’s Tax Planning chapter, Investing In Property.

Mark Smith - Head of Research and Development Tax Relief
Rebecca joined KPMG’s Preston office in 2005 after working as a tax accountant for BAE Systems.  Rebecca leads the R&D tax relief team in Preston and has significant experience of preparing and advising on R&D tax relief claims for a wide range of companies.  Rebecca works closely with the national R&D team based in London.  Rebecca is also a member of KPMG’s recently formed Renewable team helping companies in the green energy and renewable sector investigate opportunities, secure financing and grants and advising on how projects can be structured tax efficiently.
