 Should we enter the International Trade Club Awards 2015? 

 

 Oh yes we should!!

It’s behind you! The Panto season is fast approaching and it’s time to look behind and reflect on the many successes that East Lancashire’s exporting companies have achieved in 2015.

The International Trade Awards recognise and promote the quality, diversity and ingenuity of local companies engaged in international trade. We are proud to salute some of our most talented business people through these awards. It’s an opportunity for outstanding businesses to come to the attention of the wider business community. Previous winners include: Northern Industrial, Paper Cup Company, KaBo Sports and 247GT to name but a few.

So Easy to Enter

Entries are now being accepted for one or more of the three individual awards. Simply state your case in no more than 100 words. Please include your export or import figures for 2014 and 2015 (including projections to year end). List main countries and approximate values. If appropriate, attach additional supporting information, e.g. have new jobs been created?

OUTSTANDING EXPORTER ACHIEVEMENT This is for companies competing successfully in overseas markets.

OUTSTANDING IMPORT ACHIEVEMENT Recognising business growth and successful Import activity, especially where this reduces the costs for UK companies engaged in exporting.

NEWCOMER TO INTERNATIONAL TRADE For companies in their first year of trading internationally who achieve outstanding success.

Closing date

Entries should be in by 27th November 2015 so there’s plenty of time to prepare a good entry!!
