As part of a Customs Law Modernisation Project, HMRC wish to identify a number of small businesses that would be prepared to be involved with the impact assessment which will form part of their consultative document.

Participation will be restricted to a straight forward questionnaire completed electronically and in strictest confidence.

This is an opportunity for businesses to comment on Customs practices and help shape future Customs operation.
