Agents, Distributors and Agreements

This continuous professional development seminar began with looking at the different methods of market entry before focussing on the roles of the Agent and the Distributor.  The speakers coverd in detail common legal pitfalls and issues which companies and individuals often find themselves victims of.  The session involved examples of agreements which was critiqued, providing delegates with a real insight into the law governing Agency and Distribution Agreements.  Delegates also had the opportunity to raise and discuss any issue currently facing them.
