The EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme (METP)

The EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme (METP) is a four-year intergovernmental cooperation project between the European Commission and the Government of the People's Republic of China. The non-profit programme is designed to enhance business expertise by developing European and Chinese human resources. METP aims to train and financially support internships for Chinese managers in the EU and European managers in China. During the ten-month programme the selected managers receive intercultural trainings, business language trainings, tailor-made seminars as well as visits to companies, cities and administration bodies. In addition to the coverage of all tuition fees, METP provides participants with generous living allowance.
Applications can be submitted until the 4th of January 2009.
