Fort Vale Engineering Limited Scoops Top Award
Fort Vale Engineering Limited, a member of East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, has been announced as the regional winner of the Business of the Year Award in the Achievement in International Business category for the Chamber Awards 2008. The company who are world leaders in the manufacture of valves and fittings for the transportation industry won the award because they demonstrated a complete understanding of the markets it operates in. The judges said "Excellence runs through the veins of Fort Vale Engineering Limited"
Fort Vale Engineering Limited will now go through to national judging and the chance to win the top prize of £50,000, courtesy of Royal Bank of Scotland. The National Winners of the Chamber Awards 2008 will be announced at the Natural History Museum in London on the 27th November 2008.
